ParkEntra Open Lot

Sell parking at your lot. Drivers pay on their phone.

Put up a sign with your QR code. Drivers scan it, pick how long they are staying and pay by card, with no app to download. You check plates and log tows in the same app. There is no monthly fee: Park Entra keeps 10% of each pass.

How it works

From your sign to your bank.

  1. Step 1

    Put up your sign

Set your prices and hours, then print the sign. It carries your QR code, a short link and your own wording, such as who may park and your towing warning.

  2. Step 2

    Drivers pay on their phone

A driver enters their plate, picks a length, or a time to start later, and pays by card. Passes end by closing time, and a full lot stops selling.

  3. Step 3

    Check plates and log tows

You, your managers or your tow company type a plate and see a valid pass or no valid pass. A tow is logged with a note and photos, so you keep a record.

Questions

Questions lot owners ask.

Something else? Ask us.

What does it cost?

Park Entra keeps 10% of each pass price. There is no monthly fee, no setup fee and no contract. Stripe charges its own card fee on each payment, which you can pay or have drivers pay on top of your price.

Do I need a Stripe account?

Yes. Stripe takes the card payments and pays you out. You set up your Stripe account as the last step of signing up, and drivers can buy passes once Stripe says your account can take payments.

Who handles parking tax?

You do. Your prices are what drivers pay, and the app adds no tax line. If your city or state charges a parking tax, it is yours to work out and pay.

What about towing signs?

Towing sign rules differ by state and city, so check yours. The sign shows your own wording and your tow company's name and phone number. Park Entra does not say that a sign meets towing laws.

Can a driver get a refund?

You can refund any pass from the Passes page. A driver who booked a pass ahead can cancel it before it starts and get their money back.

Can my tow company use it?

Yes. Add them to your team. They can check plates and log tows, but they do not see drivers' email addresses, your sales or your settings.
