Residents register their vehicles and create guest passes, enforcers look up plates from a phone, and your property sets how warnings, fines and tows are handled. Every action is logged with the time, the person and any photos.

Park Entra is software only. There are no cameras, gate arms or handheld scanners to buy, mount or maintain. It does not read plates automatically: an enforcer types the plate or the number on a hang tag and sees the result on screen. Vehicles, guest passes, enforcement, payments and reports all live in one system, for one flat monthly price based on your number of units.

No. Park Entra runs in the web browser on any phone, tablet or computer, so there is nothing to download or update. Residents can save it to their home screen for quick access. They join with your property's access code, an invite link or the QR code on a printable signup flyer.

No. Any phone, tablet or laptop with a web browser works. Enforcers look up plates and tag numbers, record warnings, fines and tows, and attach up to 5 photos to each action. There are no scanners to buy and no per-device licenses, and every plan includes unlimited enforcer accounts.

Signup has three steps: your account, your community and your plan. A setup guide in the app then walks you through adding units, setting your parking rules and inviting your team. You can add units one at a time, as a numbered range, or from a CSV file of up to 2,000 units. After that, most of the time depends on how quickly residents register their vehicles.

Not directly. You can import your unit list from a CSV file, including a unit list exported from your property management software, and you can export Park Entra records to CSV. Residents then register their own vehicles.

You set the rules once: how many warnings come before a fine, whether towing is allowed, and after how many months an old warning stops counting. Park Entra counts each car's prior warnings and fines, offers the enforcer only the steps your rules include, and moves to the next step once a car reaches your limit, so the same limits apply to every car. Each action is saved with the enforcer's name, the time and up to 5 photos, and residents see their own violations in their portal. Park Entra keeps the records; enforcement decisions stay with your property.

No. Park Entra tells the enforcer when your rules allow a tow and records the tow with its photos, but your property or patrol company calls its own towing company. You can list your towing company's contact details so residents can find them. Cars in fire lanes, blocking access or parked in accessible spaces can always be towed, whatever policy you choose.

Residents see each violation in their portal with the time, the amount and a photo when one was taken. To dispute it, they contact your office by the phone number or email you publish in Park Entra. Your property decides the outcome, and Park Entra keeps the record.

Yes. Printed violation notices carry a QR code and a 6-character notice code. Any driver can go to parkentra.com/fines, enter the code, see the violation and its photos, and pay by card without creating an account. The violation closes when the fine is paid. Park Entra prints the notices for your property; contact sales to order them.

$29 a month for up to 50 units, $59 for 51 to 150, $89 for 151 to 300 and $129 for 301 to 500. Every plan includes every feature, with no setup fee and no charge per enforcer. Annual billing costs 12 months for the price of 11. Communities with more than 500 units, and portfolios of more than 10 properties, are priced by quote.

Yes, on monthly plans. The trial lasts 30 days. A card is required at signup, nothing is charged until the trial ends, and we email you 3 days before the first charge. Cancel before then and you are not charged. Annual plans have no trial and are billed when you sign up.

No. Park Entra charges one flat monthly price based on your unit count and takes no cut of guest pass, parking space, storage or fine payments. Payments go straight to your property's own Stripe account. Standard card processing fees apply, and you choose whether the property covers them or the resident pays them at checkout. Staff can also record cash and check payments.

No. Registering vehicles, creating guest passes within your allowance and viewing violations are free for residents. Apart from any fines, they pay only for optional things your property chooses to sell, such as extra guest passes or a reserved parking space, and that money goes to your property.

Yes, if your community chooses to charge for parking. Residents can pay online for extra guest passes, extra vehicle slots, parking spaces, storage units and EV charging access, and drivers can pay fines online with the code on a violation notice. Payments go to your property's own Stripe account, and the revenue page shows card, cash and check payments together with unpaid fines.

Cancel any time from your account settings. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and unused time is not refunded.

Yes. One login switches between every property you manage, and each property keeps its own residents, vehicles, rules, staff and payments. Enforcers assigned to several properties switch between them without signing out. Park Entra sets up each additional property for you. Portfolios get 10% off at 3 to 5 properties and 15% off at 6 to 10, and larger portfolios are priced by quote.

Your property owns its data. You can export it at any time, and after your subscription ends it stays available to export for 30 days. Database access rules keep each property's records separate from every other property's, and every connection is encrypted. Park Entra is hosted on Vercel, with the database on Supabase running on Amazon Web Services, and is built and maintained in Irvine, California. Card payments are handled by Stripe, so Park Entra never stores card numbers. Staff can turn on two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app.
